From HDD to SSD

Today I’ve replaced my old drive with a Corsair Extreme X32 (32GB) in my R400. I mounted the old one in a UltraBay, partitioned the new drive and copied my root partition with rsync. After editing fstab, grub and doing a reboot the system was up and running… and damn was it fast! Booting time was reduced by 50% and my Xfce session loaded instantly. I’m still using EXT4 for filesystem but will change to NILFS (http://www.linux-mag.com/cache/7345/1.html).
